Rookie

This is my first attempt at "blogging." A little excited and a little anxious.
My children have encouraged this as well as my husband. My goal is to use this as a tool to share our homeschool with family and friends.
We are currently in year 1 week 4 of TOG. We love TOG!!!!! Last week we did saltmaps of the journey through the desert. We ran into a little snag as we tried to "journey" through the Red Sea. After a lot of map searching and finally calling our church to speak to one of the Pastors, we settled on the water being departed in one of the Bitter Lakes at which they believed to be the Red Sea at one time. Funny how when you get into something it just kind of takes over. :)
